AEW Appoints New Senior Marketing Director Of Live Events

All Elite Wrestling have made a new backstage addition. 

Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp reported that Jeremy Flynn has been hired by AEW. Flynn previously worked as the Senior Director of Marketing and Live Events for Professional Bull Riders. Flynn has an MBA in Business Administration and a BBA in Marketing. 

Flynn replaced Rafael Morffi, who served as the AEW Vice President of Live Events/Touring from June 2019 until December 2023. Morffi endorsed Flynn on his LinkedIn page. 

Flynn has since confirmed his hiring by AEW as the Senior Marketing Director of Live Events, tweeting: "The last two years with the @PBR was amazing and I am so grateful for the opportunity. I am excited to start a new chapter as the Senior Marketing Director of Live Events for @AEW! There are so many amazing things happening here and I'm excited to be a part of the journey."

AEW already have employees from Professional Bull Riders, including AEW COO Kosha Irby, who was hired by the promotion earlier this year. 

All Elite Wrestling have struggled to move live event tickets over the past year due to a combination of factors.
