AEW's Cody & Brandi Rhodes Expecting Their First Child

Cody Rhodes and Brandi Rhodes announced during last night's episode of AEW: Dynamite they are expecting their first child.

The couple made the announcement in a vignette on the show. The video opened with Brandi and Cody decorating their Christmas tree and they suddenly received a small parcel at the front door. The parcel contained a pair of Gucci baby shoes and a Christmas ornament which read, "We're expecting a new baby due 2021." The camera then panned to Pharaoh wearing a baby security (in training) bandana to close out the video. 

Following the announcement, Brandi told People: "Cody and I are so excited and overwhelmed by this news. We've had seven exciting years of marriage, worked together to grow our careers and our core at AEW from the ground up, and now here we are embarking on another incredible chapter. We have always talked about it as a future, and it turns out that the future is now. It's surreal that parenthood is right around the corner! We are ready and excited to dive right in."
