AJ Styles returning to WWE Raw next week
After suffering a con-chair-to on the February 28 edition of Monday Night Raw at the hands of Edge, AJ Styles will return on next week's episode of the red brand as he looks to exact revenge on the WWE Hall Of Famer ahead of their match at WrestleMania 38.
Styles' return was announced following a promo from Edge on Monday's episode of Raw in Jacksonville, Florida, during which The Rated-R Superstar claimed he hadn't shown he was the best wrestler in the industry because he had spent too much time trying to appease the fans. That all changed two weeks ago, though, and now he sits on the mountain of omnipotence and will judge Styles at WrestleMania 38.
Styles announced his comeback while responding to the promo on Twitter, writing: "Exercise judgement? Grant mercy? Sitting on a mountain of omnipotence? I don't know where you got this garbage but one thing I will grant YOU ... is fair warning. I'm coming back to #WWERaw next week and you better prepare yourself...stupid haircut, dramatic lighting, and all."
Next week's edition of Monday Night Raw will take place at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
