Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn Win WWE Women's Tag Team Titles At Clash At The Castle

Tag team title change at WWE Clash at the Castle

A hometown title change takes place at WWE Clash at the Castle!

The WWE Women's Tag Team Championships were on the line in the second match at Clash at the Castle as Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill defended the belts against Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre, and Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark.

Despite a few botches and rough moments from Jade Cargill, the champions managed to hit their DDT-German Suplex finisher on Shayna Baszler and Cargill was about to make the cover before Isla Dawn appeared out of nowhere and decked Jade with a German Suplex. Dawn then picked the pieces and Alba Fyre stopped Bianca Belair from breaking the pin as Dawn covered Baszler for the 1-2-3.

The moment led to a huge pop from the fans in the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland as Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre celebrated with their new belts and a bouquet of flowers.

The title change ended Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair's reign as WWE Women's Tag Team Champions at 42 days. Dawn and Fyre, meanwhile, are tag team champions in WWE once again, having previously held the NXT Women's Tag Team Championships for 83 days before they were scrapped in the Summer of 2023.
