Bad Bunny: I Was Ready For WWE Fans To Hate Me

Bunny teamed with Priest at WrestleMania 37

Bad Bunny has admitted he was fully prepared for WWE fans to hate him during his run with the promotion.

Grammy-awarding winning artist Bad Bunny debuted at the Royal Rumble 2021 and linked up with Damian Priest, eventually going on to team with the Archer Of Infamy against The Miz and John Morrison at WrestleMania 37.

While some sections of the audience found the segments with Bunny frustrating each week on Raw, the singer proved himself worthy of his spot on the WrestleMania card with a superb display in the match, earning huge plaudits from his peers and analysts alike for the work he put in ahead of the bout.

Bunny has now revealed he was ready for fans to dislike him.

Speaking to Laia Garcia-Furtado of Vulture, he said: "They are not Bad Bunny fans. They do not listen to reggaeton; they listen to metal. I know they hate me, and I think it’s funny; I love it. I was so ready for the hate."
