Bron Breakker Wins NXT Title On WWE Raw After WrestleMania

Two days after he failed to regain the NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver, Bron Breakker had another shot at the gold on the Monday Night Raw after WrestleMania from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

The Raw match called back to Stand & Deliver, with Ziggler catching Breakker with a thumb to the eye before he followed up with a Superkick. Ziggler didn't connect with a Zigzag like at Stand & Deliver, though, and the challenger managed to kick out.

Ziggler then tried to put the match away as he tuned up the band but Breakker countered with a Spear and he pressed home his advantage with his Military Press Powerslam finisher to capture the NXT Title. 

With his Raw win, Breakker becomes a two-time NXT Champion. He previously defeated Tommaso Ciampa for the gold at New Year's Evil in January but he dropped the title after 63 days to Ziggler at Roadblock, with The Show Off pinning Ciampa in a Triple Threat Match. 

Ziggler's reign also ends after 28 days. In addition to his successful defence against Breakker at Stand & Deliver, Ziggler also defeated LA Knight to retain the title last month.
