CM Punk To Make MMA Appearance

CM Punk returning to the MMA world on November 19

CM Punk will make an appearance for an MMA group next month.

The former WWE and AEW star is one of the guests slated to appear at an event organised by former UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis on November 19 2023.

As well as fifteen fights, the show will feature Punk, alongside UFC legends Frank Mir, Nate Diaz, Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson and others.

The 'Straight-Edge Superstar' famously had two fights in UFC and regularly does commentary for the Cage Fury Championships promotion.

What's notable about the show on November 19 is that it will take place six days before WWE Survivor Series, which will emanate from Rosemont, Illinois, just a short drive away from Punk's hometown of Chicago.

Rumours about the 45-year-old potentially making his WWE return at Survivor Series have swirled since his AEW contract was terminated with cause in early September.

Punk himself recently addressed whether he will be at Survivor Series, but while the odds of the former WWE Champion showing up seem slim at present, Punk has had offers from other organisations (including IMPACT Wrestling and the NWA).
