Estimated PPV Buys For AEW Double Or Nothing 2022 Revealed

The biggest AEW Double Or Nothing to date

The pay-per-view buys for AEW Double Or Nothing 2022 have been revealed.

Speaking with the Associated Press, AEW President Tony Khan revealed the May 29 pay-per-view drew a $1.1 million gate and had an estimated 155,000 pay-per-view buys.

"It was great to go back to the city where it all began for us. Three years later we came back and we have kept growing our audience. Every event has had year-over-year growth. We have a great group of wrestlers that have had so many amazing matches. There's so much more to come," Khan said.

The pay-per-view buys mean that the 2022 edition of Double Or Nothing was the most successful edition of the show to date. The 2019 edition drew 98,000 buys, according to Wrestlenomics, while the 2020 edition had 105,000 buys and the 2021 show had 115,000 buys.

It also makes Double Or Nothing 2022 AEW's third-biggest show on pay-per-view, only behind All Out 2021 and Revolution 2022. Those shows had 205,000 buys and 170,000 buys respectively.
