Hardcore War Set For IMPACT Rebellion 2023

IMPACT Rebellion 2023 set to feature a Hardcore War

IMPACT Wrestling have announced that long-time rivals Tommy Dreamer and Bully Ray are set to lead teams into battle in a Hardcore War at the upcoming Rebellion 2023 PPV on April 16.

IMPACT announced the match on Twitter, but are yet to reveal who will team with Dreamer and Bully for the 10-man fight in Toronto.

Issues between Dreamer and Bully Ray reignited earlier this year, with the two having fought off-and-on since the height of ECW in the late 90s. Ray’s mean streak surfaced once again in his pursuit of Josh Alexander’s IMPACT World Championship at Hard to Kill in January, with Dreamer attempting to talk sense into the multi-time tag champion.

Rebellion has been marred by several injuries in the run-up to the event, with IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander sidelined for several months due to injury, with Knockouts World Champion Mickie James in a race against time to be fit for the event due to suffering a broken rib.

Updated IMPACT Rebellion 2023 card:

  • KUSHIDA vs. Steve Maclin - IMPACT World Championship
  • Mickie James (c) vs. Jordynne Grace vs. TBA - Knockouts World Championship
  • Team Bully vs. Team Dreamer - 10-Man Hardcore War
