Odyssey Jones Makes His WWE Raw Debut Over A Year After Main Roster Call-Up

Odyssey Jones finally arrives on WWE Raw

Odyssey Jones' own odyssey to Monday Night Raw is finally over.

Jones was called up to the main roster all the way back in the 2023 WWE Draft, being selected by Monday Night Raw at the time. Jones never made a televised appearance on the red brand until the August 5 edition of Raw when he laid out Karrion Kross to prevent the former NXT Champion from interfering during the New Day's match against Authors of Pain.

Jones' interference allowed the New Day to pick up the win and Odyssey then saved Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston from a post-match attack from AOP, taking Akam and Rezar out with a Double Sidewalk Slam.

The trio linked up backstage and Xavier Woods seemed unsure of Jones, revealing he didn't know Kofi was friends with Odyssey. Kingston revealed they had connected while the former WWE Champion was training at the WWE Performance Center.

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H put over Jones following his Raw debut, tweeting: "Strength, size, star power… and he's only getting started. Odyssey Jones is a game-changer. #WWERaw."

While he hasn't appeared on TV, Odyssey Jones has had 16 non-televised matches since moving from NXT in April 2023 at WWE TV tapings and house shows.
