Report: Daniel Bryan To Be Added To WWE WrestleMania Universal Title Match

Could it be time for YEStlemania 2?

It looks like Daniel Bryan will be added to the WWE WrestleMania 37 Universal Title match with Roman Reigns and Edge, according to reports from Bryan Alvarez and the Wrestling Observer.

As seen at WWE Fastlane last night, Edge possibly turned heel during the climax of the Bryan vs. Reigns match, attacking both men with a steel chair, before Reigns covered Bryan for the win.

The reports say that WWE is indeed turning the bout into a Triple Threat match, with the open ended nature of last night’s main event lending credence to this theory. With only three weeks until WrestleMania 37, we can expect some more clarity about the Universal Title scene, with an official announcement expected to come as soon as possible.

If the match does indeed become a Triple Threat, then obvious comparisons will be drawn with WrestleMania 30, where Bryan overcame Triple H to be granted a spot in the WWE World Heavyweight Title Main Event between Randy Orton and Batista.
