Report: Drew Gulak Accused Of Being A "Bully" By NXT Talent

Drew Gulak was reportedly a "bully" behind the scenes

Drew Gulak has not been able to escape headlines in recent months following accusations of misconduct concerning Ronda Rousey, in addition to his departure from WWE, which was confirmed by Triple H at the Backlash 2024 press conference, revealing that his contract with the company had not been renewed.

A report from Fightful Select has shed some light on more of Gulak’s conduct backstage, with allegations from sources stating that he was a “bully” behind the scenes. It is said that several talents in NXT accused Gulak of targeting injuries in matches, purposefully re-dislocating someone’s finger, intentionally spiking an opponent, “testing” talent to see how they would react, and displaying intimidation towards talent to not report any incidents.

In terms of the spiking incident, the report claims that Gulak was personally reprimanded by Shawn Michaels and other NXT coaches. It isn’t known if any of these alleged goings on or the Ronda Rousey accusations led to WWE’s decision to not renew his deal with the company. Gulak signed to WWE in 2016 to join the newly formed cruiserweight division, before spells on both the main roster and NXT.
