Report: Former WWE Superstar Brodus Clay Being Sued For Sexual Harassment

As part of a recent lawsuit from Britt McHenry

George Murdoch (Brodus Clay/Tyrus) has competed in both WWE and IMPACT Wrestling. Since retiring from in-ring competition in 2018, Murdoch has co-hosted Un-PC on FOX Nation, and now hosts his own show, Nuff Said.

Clay, however, finds himself embroiled in a lawsuit, as his former co-host Britt McHenry is suing him for sexual harassment. FOX News is also named in the lawsuit as McHenry claims they did nothing to stop the harassment.

McHenry alleges Murdoch sexually harassed her in 2018 with text messages that included sexual comments, and that Clay also threatened to send her an explicit photograph. She later claimed that he lied to HR as he told them they were just flirting, and proceeded to show them photos of her cleavage and nearly bare breast as evidence. McHenry affirmed these images were doctored and aren't of her.

Clay's attorney has released a statement on the lawsuit. They wrote: "As we have previously stated, Ms McHenry's allegations have been fully investigated and we are confident our actions will be deemed entirely appropriate in litigation. We expect all of her claims to be dismissed."
