Report: Update On AEW Revolution 2023

When will next year's AEW Revolution take place?

While All Elite Wrestling are set to hold their final pay-per-view of 2022 in Full Gear on November 19, the promotion is seemingly close to finalising plans for 2023's Revolution show.

According to Fightful Select, it is expected that Revolution will be held on either March 4 or March 5 at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California. If that is the case, it would be a change of plans for the promotion, with original reports noting that AEW looked to hold the pay-per-view at the 14,000-seat Cow Palace, also in San Francisco.

Revolution has been one of All Elite Wrestling's four pay-per-views along with Double or Nothing, All Out, and Full Gear since the inaugural edition in February 2020. That show featured multiple headline matches, including Jon Moxley vs. Chris Jericho for the AEW World Championship, and a classic as Hangman Page and Kenny Omega defended the AEW World Tag Team Titles against The Young Bucks.

The 2021 edition of Revolution was headlined by an Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match between Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley, while last year's show featured CM Punk vs. MJF in a Dog Collar Match and Hangman Page vs. Adam Cole for the AEW World Championship.
