Report: Update On When Dominik Mysterio Will Return From Injury
Dominik Mysterio will be back in a couple of months
The Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio has been sporting a sling for his arm in recent weeks on Monday Night RAW after picking up an injury in a match against Andrade on the April 15 episode of the red brand last month, in what was described as a “freak injury”. Mysterio managed to avoid surgery though and instead opted for personal therapy, but this won’t mean he will be back in the ring immediately.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, fans should not expect Mysterio back in action for the next 6 to 8 weeks, which is sooner than many in WWE expected. Mysterio has continued appearing on weekly WWE programming despite his injury, recently appearing in a backstage segment with resident “deadbeat dad” Rey Mysterio, and seemingly partaking in some questionable and clandestine activities with Liv Morgan, who is notably rivals with Mysterio’s “Mami”, Rhea Ripley.
WWE are keeping Mysterio in the picture for now, and it is unknown currently whether or not he will be taking time off TV in addition to taking a hiatus from in-ring action.
