Report: WWE Hall Of Famer's Return Postponed

Trish Stratus' WWE return has been pushed back

A WWE Hall of Famer's return to the company has reportedly been postponed.

Ahead of Lita's return to Monday Night Raw on February 6, it was claimed by WRKD Wrestling that Lita would be teaming with Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus in a six-woman tag team match against Damage CTRL at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view on February 18.

The match would be set up with the return of Trish Stratus on February 13, WRKD Wrestling claimed, but Raw came and went on Monday without an appearance from the WWE Hall of Famer.

In an update, WRKD claimed ahead of Raw that Stratus would no longer be on the show due to Dakota Kai's injury but Trish will be back on WWE TV "soon" for a lengthy programme.

"Hate to backtrack on our 2nd tweet ever, but plans have changed due to Dakota's injury and Trish won't be at Raw tonight. HOWEVER, she is absolutely on her way soon, and we can share that she will be around for a lengthy program. She definitely won't be in a role most expect," WRKD Wrestling tweeted.

Stratus has not wrestled for WWE since a loss to Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam 2019.
