Roman Reigns Vs. Seth Rollins Set For 2022 WWE Royal Rumble
Reigns takes on a familiar face
Seth Rollins will take on former Shield teammate Roman Reigns for the Universal title at this year's Royal Rumble.
The Rollins reveal came at the end of Friday's SmackDown, capping off an angle where Adam Pearce had to name Reigns' Rumble opponent by night's end. The show concluded with Reigns receiving a knock on his dressing room door, then telling the person to come in. That person was revealed to be Rollins, who laughed maniacally as Reigns seemed confused.
The card for the 2022 Royal Rumble, taking place Saturday, January 29, at The Dome at America's Center in St. Louis, is as follows:
