Ronda Rousey Returns To WWE On 2/10 SmackDown

Rowdy Ronda has returned

Former Women's champion Ronda Rousey made her return to WWE TV during Friday's SmackDown broadcast.

During the show, Natalya ran down Shayna Baszler, who had injured her nose in a previous attack. Natalya called Baszler a copy of Rousey, in an attempt to goad her into a fight. This brought Baszler out to refute the comparison, while also saying she had a career in MMA before Rousey, and didn't need her.

The confrontation brought out a returning Rousey, who initially teased a confrontation with Baszler, only for the two to band together and attack Natalya. Shotzi tried to make the save, but was beaten down by Rousey and Baszler as well.

As part of the attack, Baszler hit Natalya with the same knee brace that previously broke her nose.

A match pitting Rousey and Baszler against Natalya and Shotzi has been announced for next week's SmackDown.

This was Rousey's first appearance since she dropped the SmackDown Women's title to Charlotte Flair on December 30, in what was Flair's surprise return after more than seven months.
