Saraya Reacts To AEW Debut

Saraya made her AEW debut at Dynamite Grand Slam

Along with several title matches, Dynamite Grand Slam from New York City featured a shocking moment as Saraya made her All Elite Wrestling debut, saving Toni Storm and Athena from a beat down by Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, Serena Deeb, and Rebel.

Baker was about to put on her surgical glove for the Lockjaw but she was interrupted when 'Zombified' by Falling In Reverse played inside Arthur Ashe Stadium. Saraya then made her way to the ring and soaked in the cheers from the fans to end the segment.

Fans were buzzing after the debut and Saraya has admitted on Twitter that she was blown away by the reaction.

"F*cking WOW! Absolutely blown away by the pop in the stadium and the reception outside of it. Been a long journey. Couldn't be happier to be in @AEW thank you to everyone! and thank you to my babe @RonnieRadke for letting me use his song Zombified! LFG!!" Saraya tweeted.

The Anti-Diva had been under contract with WWE for several years, performing as Paige, but she departed the company in July 2022. She is a former NXT Women's Champion and two-time Divas Champion.
