Tag Match Announced For August 30 NXT 2.0
Matches confirmed for the go-home to NXT Worlds Collide
WWE have confirmed that a women’s tag team match will take place on tonight’s edition of NXT 2.0.
After earlier stating they were ready for any challenge, NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Katana Chance and Kayden Carter will go up against Ivy Nile and Tatum Paxley in non title action.
Chance and Carter won the vacant titles on August 2 after former champions Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade split, and since becoming champions Chance and Carter are yet to defend the gold on TV. It remains to be seen if the champs will defend the gold at NXT Worlds Collide, with the August 30 edition of NXT 2.0 serving as the go-home edition of the show before the NXT 2.0 vs. NXT UK supershow on September 4.
