Finalised lineup for tonight’s WWE NXT
With only a few weeks before the big move to The CW, WWE have finalised the lineup of tonight’s edition of NXT, with a stacked episode planned for September 17 to further hype up the forthcoming move.
WWE revealed that CM Punk will be appearing on NXT, with the ‘Second City Saint’ set to make a special announcement concerning the CW debut episode of NXT from Chicago on October 1.
NXT Champion Ethan Page and Trick Williams will hold a contract signing ahead of their championship match on October 1, and pro-wrestling law says that someone must go through a table during the formalities. Williams earned his title shot with a hard fought victory over Pete Dunne on September 10 in a Last Man Standing match.
