Title Change Occurs At Impact Wrestling Tapings

Read on to learn who won what

A title change took place on Friday night at Impact Wrestling's latest set of TV tapings in Pembroke Pines, FL, according to a story posted by PWInsider.

Per the report, new Impact World Tag Team champions were crowned, as The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) defeated Heath and Rhino to win the titles.

The title change is expected to air on this coming week's episode of Impact Wrestling.

The win gives Shelley and Sabin their third set of Impact World Tag Team titles together. They last reigned as champions in the summer and autumn of 2020, winning them from, and losing them back to, The North (Josh Alexander and Ethan Page). The Guns' first reign began all the way back in 2010, and lasted six months.

Heath and Rhino's first reign together as Impact Tag champions ends after 62 days. They won the belts from Mike Bennett and Matt Taven at the October 8 Impact tapings in Albany, NY. Rhino previously reigned as champion in mid-2021 as part of Violent By Design.
