Tony Khan: "Top Wrestler Will Walk Through The Forbidden Door" On 2/9 AEW Dynamite

AEW President Tony Khan has announced that a "top wrestler" will debut on this Wednesday's Dynamite broadcast in Atlantic City.

Khan tweeted, "As referenced on #AEWRampage, I have a surprise: on #AEWDynamite Live on @TBSNetwork a top wrestler will walk through the Forbidden Door this Wednesday and debut in @AEW. More info to come. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a great Rampage tonight! See you Wednesday on TBS!"

Khan added in a follow-up tweet, "The Forbidden Door can be opened for anyone from any wrestling promotion in the world, whether or not it’s a company @AEW is on good terms with, even if it’s someone from a company that’s open for business. They’re also welcome to slam the door in the face of their prior company."

The current card for Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, taking place at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City is as follows:

* AEW World/Texas Death match: Adam Page (c) vs. Lance Archer

* Face of the Revolution qualifying match: Isiah Kassidy vs. TBA

* An Inner Circle team meeting

* The debut of a "top wrestler"

* An appearance from MJF

UPDATE: according to a tweet from AEW, the debuting wrestler will face Kassidy in the Face of the Revolution qualifier
