Top Dolla Reveals How Hit Row's WWE Return Came Together

Hit Row returned on Friday

WWE's shock returns continued on Friday's episode of SmackDown as Hit Row - now composed of Top Dolla, Ashante Thee Adonis, and B-Fab - made their first appearances on WWE TV since their releases and Dolla and Adonis picked up a win over a jobber tag team.

Top Dolla appeared on Busted Open Radio following his WWE return and the former NFL Player revealed how Hit Row coming back came together.

"When (Levesque) got the reigns and is like, 'I want to bring my guys back,' we were one of his top priorities to get back because he knew what we could bring to the table. About a week and a half ago, he hit me up and was like, 'How are the rest of the guys?' 'We're good.' None of us wasted time this whole time. We never stopped training and never stopped being ready. He was like, 'How fast can I act and get you guys here?'"

Hit Row previously included Swerve Strickland but he signed with All Elite Wrestling after being released and he is one-half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions with Keith Lee.

Alongside Hit Row, WWE have brought back Dakota Kai, Karrion Kross, Scarlett, and Dexter Lumis since Triple H became Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and head of creative in July.
