Triple H Warned Talent About Getting Complacent On The WWE Main Roster

The Game wanted Superstars to make sure they stayed in shape

Alexander Wolfe caught up with Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp recently about his time in WWE and the former SAnitY man revealed Triple H warned talent not to get complacent on the main roster if they weren't used on TV.

Reflecting on his move to NXT UK, Wolfe said: "So super excited [about moving to NXT UK] because I was done sitting around in catering and just becoming fat and lazy. Which is my own fault. I was done with sitting around, I was not in a good mood.

"So you get lost in the cycle and we got warned by - especially Triple H had like a speech like okay you get called up and then you do not get used and you get out of shape and you get lost in the cycle and you get depressed. And when I got started I always had that speech in my head like you need to work, work, work, but then I got lost in the shuffle. You don't get used and you're mad and the world is burning and whatever."

Alexander Wolfe was just one of many talents who have made their way from NXT to the main roster and ended up on the sidelines.

WWE recently notified the former NXT Tag Team Champion that his contract wouldn't be renewed when it expires in mid-June and Wolfe has plans to return to Germany and work on the European independent wrestling scene.
