Veer Mahaan In Action On WWE Main Event

Still absent from Raw, though

While Veer Mahaan's journey back to Monday Night Raw has taken so long it has become a running joke, the former Major League Baseball prospect managed to find his way to Main Event this week.

Mahaan was in action against Cedric Alexander of The Hurt Business and he had an even, back and forth match with the former Cruiserweight Champion.

Alexander connected with a flurry of kicks down the stretch but Veer eventually managed to block a strike and he fired back with an Elbow in the corner and a Side Slam before he landed an Ebow Drop. The inspiration for 'Million Dollar Arm' then decked Alexander with his Clothesline finisher for the 1-2-3.

In the other match on this week's edition of Main Event, T-Bar defeated former Intercontinental and United States Champion Apollo Crews.

Since signing with WWE in 2018, Veer's runs on TV have been somewhat stunted. The former baseball player was initially paired with Rinku Singh as Indus Sher in NXT but the tag team were only on the black and gold brand for a few months in 2020 until they were pulled from TV.

Veer would then resurface with Jinder Mahal and Shanky following WrestleMania 37 but that alliance came to an end after his two friends were drafted to SmackDown while Mahaan remained on Monday Night Raw.
