WWE Bringing Back Bad Blood For October 5 PPV

WWE will be hosting the classic PPV in October

WWE’s 2024 premium live event schedule now has its annual October event scheduled, and it will see the company bringing back a classic event. For the first time since all the way back in 2004, WWE will host Bad Blood, as announced on their social media channels and during the Money In The Bank broadcast.

This was officially announced by a promo package featuring both Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and rapper Metro Boomin, who were shown scouting out the Atlanta area. The show will emanate from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on October 5. This is a significant date, as it marks the exact 27th anniversary of the very first ever Bad Blood event which hosted the first ever and historic Hell In A Cell match between Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker. Previous reports indicated that WWE were looking to have a Hell In A Cell match at the show to celebrate this anniversary.

WWE’s remaining schedule of 2024 is SummerSlam on August 3, Bash In Berlin on August 31, Bad Blood on October 5, Crown Jewel on November 2, and finally Survivor Series, which does not yet have a date or venue announced.
