WWE NXT Plans For Stephanie Vaquer Revealed

Stephanie Vaquer seemingly won't have to wait very long for a shot at the WWE NXT Women's Championship. 

Vaquer made a surprise appearance on the September 24 episode of NXT - the final episode on USA Network - as she interrupted Roxanne Perez and Giulia's press conference. The former CMLL star, appearing on the titantron from Chile, asked what the two competitors were going to do when she is simply waiting on the other side of their NXT Women's Title match. 

WWE NXT then went off the air as Roxanne Perez and Giulia had a staredown with Vaquer in the middle of them through the video screen. 

Stephanie Vaquer signed with WWE in July 2024, choosing to join the promotion over an offer from All Elite Wrestling. Vaquer's WWE signing came only days after her breakout match against Mercedes Moné at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. 

Roxanne Perez will defend the NXT Women's Championship against Giulia in one of the headline matches at WWE NXT's premiere on The CW. The premiere will air from Chicago's Allstate Arena on Tuesday, October 1.
