WWE Raw Draws All-Time Record Low Ratings

WWE Monday Night Raw ratings reached an all-time record low this week as the show only averaged 1.526 million viewers and 0.41 in the key 18-49 demographic. The previous record low in viewers was the July 13, 2020 episode which drew 1.561 million, while the May 4 and July 20 shows were the lowest in the 18-49 demo, drawing a 0.46 rating. 

This week's Raw struggled to attract viewers from the beginning and the audience went downhill from there. Only 1.627 million tuned in for hour one and viewership had fallen to 1.441 million by hour three. 1.512 million watched the second hour.

Raw's ratings were so low on December 14, the December 9 edition of AEW: Dynamite drew a higher rating in the 18-49 demo than all three hours of the red brand. Last week's Dynamite had a 0.45 rating while Raw had a 0.44 rating in hour one, a 0.41 rating in hour two and a 0.38 rating in hour three.

Monday Night Football was a contributing factor to the all-time record low ratings, but it doesn't tell the whole story. The Browns-Ravens game averaged 12.42 million viewers and had a 3.57 rating in the 18-49 demographic, but the Week three matchup between the Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs and the week 11 game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the LA Rams both outdrew the December 14 match. On those nights, Raw's viewership was at least 18 percent higher than it was on Monday. The September 28 show averaged 1.822 million viewers and 0.55 in the 18-49 demo and the November 23 Raw averaged 1.808 million viewers and 0.56 in the 18-49 demo.
