Absent Star Returning To WWE 'Soon'

A WWE star is set for a comeback after months out of action

Amidst all the news and talk of Roman Reigns returning to WWE programming in the very near future (potentially as soon as the 2024 SummerSlam premium live event later tonight), another long-term member of The Bloodline may very well be on his way back too.

Jimmy Uso has been absent from WWE programming ever since the post-WrestleMania 40 episode of Friday Night SmackDown back on April 12. He was attacked by the debuting Tama Tonga, under the orders of Solo Sikoa. This saw Jimmy kicked out of the faction, replaced by the likes of Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu.

It was reported that Jimmy was sidelined with an injury, explaining why he was written off WWE television. His twin brother, Jey Uso, has teased his return when speaking on The Ringer Wrestling Show.

"My brother will be back soon. I want to see him on TV. If you really pay attention to Jimmy, Jimmy is funny as hell. He was shining on SmackDown for a little bit, but he got hurt. I'm excited to see his character back on TV.”

It isn’t known when exactly, but Jimmy looks to be back “soon”.
