Armando Estrada Signs WWE Legends Deal

Armando Estrada has put pen to paper on a WWE Legends contract

Over the last month or so, some notable names have signed Legends deals with WWE, including former WWE Women’s Champions Victoria and Jacqueline. The latest to join WWE on a Legends contract is former manager, General Manager, and occasional wrestler Armando Estrada, per a report from PWInsider.

Estrada’s first run in WWE lasted from 2004 to 2008, with his most notable role in WWE being the manager of ‘The Samoan Bulldozer’ Umaga from his debut through to his big WrestleMania 23 match against Bobby Lashley. Following the end of this alliance, Estrada had a stint as the ECW General Manager, before then stepping into the ring as a jobber on the show before his release. He would return for a two year spell between 2010 and 2012, though his managerial stint by the side of Tyson Kidd was very short lived.

He wrestled a handful of times after his WWE exit, though has not competed since all the way back in 2013. He has sporadically managed wrestlers on the independent scene, and even stood by the side of Jacob Fatu briefly too - the nephew of Umaga.
