Cathy Kelley Teases Potential WWE Return

Former WWE on-air talent and journalist Cathy Kelley has seemingly teased a potential return to the company. 

Kelley posted a very simple message on her Twitter, which has led to speculation among fans that she is gearing up for a return to WWE: "See you soon."

Kelley joined WWE in 2016 as a correspondent for NXT and other special events, making her on-air debut on the pre-show of NXT TakeOver: Dallas in April. She also hosted WWE Now, a show dedicated to to reviewing content posted on social media by WWE talent and the company's official social channels, while previewing Smackdown and Raw as well. 

She made her official television debut in September 2019 when she featured on an episode of NXT. Kelley also made an appearance on Smackdown as a correspondent during the November 1, 2019 episode, with most of WWE's talent stuck in Saudi Arabia after a super-show the night prior. 

Kelley departed WWE in February 2020, revealing on a podcast with Maria Menounos that she struggled to cope with the promotion's gruelling travel schedule.
