Dominik Mysterio Helps Liv Morgan Retain The Women's World Title At WWE SummerSlam 2024, Sticks Tongue Down Her Throat

Love, it can certainly be cruel. 

WWE SummerSlam opened with Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley for the Women's World Championship with Dominik Mysterio at ringside. Dirty Dom became involved down the stretch, stopping Rhea Ripley from using a steel chair against Liv Morgan, reminding her that she couldn't win the title that way. 

With Dom holding the chair, he tossed it into the ring between Morgan and Ripley and distracted the referee, with Morgan then taking advantage with an Oblivion on the steel chair for the win. 

Mysterio had a cheeky little grin on his face after the match and he stuck his tongue down Liv's throat moments later as they made out in front of a furious Rhea Ripley.

Dominik Mysterio had been linked together on WWE programming since ‘Dirty Dom’ turned heel at Clash at the Castle 2022. Mysterio became more and more close to Liv Morgan in 2024, though, during Rhea Ripley’s time off TV following a shoulder injury. Mysterio even helped Morgan win the Women's World Championship, albeit through his own idiocy. 

Dom and Liv were about to kiss on WWE TV when Rhea Ripley made her return on the July 8 edition of Raw but Mysterio soon recommitted himself to Ripley, although fans had speculated for weeks that it was all a ruse for Dominik to help Liv retain at SummerSlam.
