Drew McIntyre Says Fans Will See "A Whole New" Jinder Mahal In WWE Soon

Jinder has been out of action since undergoing knee surgery last summer...

Drew McIntyre is preparing to main event WrestleMania 36 in April against Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship - that's if The Beast can defeat Ricochet at Super ShowDown on February 27, of course.

Drew appeared on WWE's The Bump not too long after his men's Royal Rumble match victory, and interestingly, one of the topics discussed was The Scottish Psychopath's former 3MB stablemate, Jinder Mahal.

Drew briefly spoke about Jinder's struggles when he was initially released from WWE back in 2014, and told fans they can expect to see a "whole new" Modern Day Maharaja soon: "Jinder didn't necessarily start off on the best foot outside of the company, so he wasn't so sure what he wanted to do. He wasn't training and wasn't motivated on what he wanted to do. One day, it all changed, and he became the most driven person I've ever known in my entire life... You're going to see a whole new Jinder soon."

Jinder's last televised WWE match was the Battle Royal won by Mansoor at last year's Super ShowDown event in Saudi Arabia. Before that, the former WWE Champion was mixing it up in the then-newly minted 24/7 Championship picture.
