JBL Makes Surprise Appearance In MLW

JBL has made his debut in yet another promotion

JBL’s ongoing tour of the professional wrestling world has been one of the most bizarre unfolding stories across the board right now, making surprise appearances in the likes of GCW, AAA, and TNA over the last month or so, making his presence known in a variety of promotions and laying out several wrestlers with his iconic Clothesline From Hell finishing move.

His most common target has been in matches involving Nic Nemeth, in which JBL has been by his side and even helped him to successfully defend the TNA World Heavyweight Championship this past Friday at TNA Victory Road 2024 against Moose.

At last night’s MLW Fightland, JBL showed up again, rocking his trench coat and hat once more (we hope he’s changed clothes between appearances). A tag team match took place in which CW Anderson & Brock Anderson were taking on Bomaye Fight Club (Mr. Thomas & Alex Kane), and the referee was taken out. This prompted JBL to show up, dishing out a Clothesline From Hell onto Mr. Thomas, before whispering something into Brock Anderson’s ear and taking his leave. It was noted before the show that MLW had an “eyebrows-up” surprise planned, according to Fightful Select, and it seems like this was referring to JBL.
