Jeff Hardy's Wife Shares Short Statement Following His WWE Release

Jeff Hardy's wife Beth has taken to social media to share that her husband is 'good' following his release from WWE. 

It was reported on Thursday that the Charismatic Enigma has been let go from WWE amid reports that Hardy had declined the company's offer to attend rehab. 

With stories regarding Hardy's situation circulating on social media, Beth took to Twitter to post a brief message regarding her husband's wellbeing. 

She wrote: "Jeff is good. We are good. Post that you “heard” that. Thanks."

Concerns for Hardy were raised earlier this week following indications that he had been sent home from WWE's Live Events, after appearing sluggish in a six-man tag-team bout at a show on Saturday.

The former WWE Champion would tag himself out of the match before leaving the arena through the crowd, before not being booked for Sunday's show. He was replaced by Rey Mysterio.

Further reports have suggested that the match on Saturday was constructed and adjusted to cover for Hardy, who was not able to perform at his usual level, and there was worry about his 'erratic' behaviour.
