MMA Fighter Arjan Bhullar 'Engaged With Both' WWE & AEW

Bhullar has previously called out both promotions

ONE World Heavyweight Champion Arjan Bhullar has revealed he has been 'engaged with' both WWE and All Elite Wrestling about a move into professional wrestling, teasing news about a switch in the near future.

Bhullar put the wrestling world on notice by calling out both WWE and AEW in May, making clear his intentions after winning the ONE Heavyweight Championship from Brandon Vera in the second round of their fight.

The 35-year-old, who has previously noted that his ONE contract would allow him to wrestle, has now offered an update on his future.

Speaking to Calf Kick Sports, when asked if WWE or AEW was on his radar, he said: "They both are. I've been engaged with both companies and we should have something coming down the pipe very soon.

"I picked a fight with both companies and everyone out there, it's something I'm going to do and I'm just looking to get the business case in order and the right approach."

Bhullar is a former freestyle amateur wrestler, representing Canada at the 2012 Olympic Games as well as four World Championship tournaments. He has also previously trained with Jinder Mahal.
