Pitches Being Made For Raquel Rodriguez's WWE Return

WWE could see the return of Raquel Rodriguez sooner rather than later.

A recent report from PWInsider Elite has revealed that pitches are being made for Raquel Rodriguez's return to WWE TV.

The former WWE NXT Women's Champion has been away from action for most of 2024 due to mast cell activation syndrome. Her last match came on the Raw after Elimination Chamber in February, where she defeated Chelsea Green in a short contest. Rodriguez also took part in the Chamber match itself two days prior.

It is currently unknown what the pitches for Raquel's return entail, or which brand she would return on. She has previously enjoyed tag team success on both main roster brands with tag partner Liv Morgan, and also held the belts alongside Aliyah on SmackDown. Earlier in her career, Rodriguez held both solo and tag gold in NXT, notably winning the singles title from IYO SKY.

Rodriguez made her WWE debut in January 2017, taking part in a battle royal at an NXT live event. Her televised debut occurred in another battle royal a few months later, before she was an entrant in the 2017 Mae Young Classic tournament. She made her main roster TV debut in April 2022, defeating Cat Cardoza.
