Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez Win Women's Tag Team Titles On WWE Raw

The title change had a notable aftermath

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are the new WWE Women's Tag Team champions, after defeating Becky Lynch and substitute partner Trish Stratus on Monday's Raw broadcast in Seattle.

Stratus was a fill-in for Lynch's partner Lita, who was unable to compete after being attacked backstage earlier in the night.

It was Stratus who ended up taking the pin during the title bout, after missing a Chick Kick attempt on Morgan, who then rolled her up for the win.

After the match, Lynch went to console Stratus. As Lynch turned her back to leave the ring, Stratus attacked her, ultimately laying her out with the Chick Kick.

This is Liv Morgan's first reign as a WWE Women's Tag Team champion, while it is Raquel Rodriguez's second reign with the belts. Rodriguez previously held the titles with Aliyah for two weeks in the summer of 2022.

Lynch and Lita's reign as champions ends at 42 days. The two defeated Damage CTRL members Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky on the February 27 Raw in Grand Rapids, MI to capture the titles.
