Report: Juice Robinson A Free Agent After NJPW Contract Expires

Will Juice be back?

A star of New Japan Pro-Wrestling is no longer under contract with the promotion.

According to Fightful Select, Juice Robinson's NJPW deal expired on Monday, January 31. There is no word on if he plans to re-sign with the promotion or sign with another company.

Robinson had been under contract with New Japan since 2015. He has achieved success as both a singles and tag team wrestler, having twice held the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship and enjoyed one reign as IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champion with David Finlay as FinJuice.

Robinson hasn't performed regularly in Japan since March of 2021, though, and he has spent the last 11 months performing in the United States on NJPW Strong and in IMPACT Wrestling.

He only added to his accomplishments in the IMPACT Zone, holding the IMPACT World Tag Team Title with Finlay for 68 days until they dropped the gold to Violent By Design.
