Report: Odyssey Jones Likely 'Done' With WWE

Odyssey Jones likely gone from WWE

UPDATE: Odyssey Jones was reportedly removed from WWE TV following domestic violence allegations.

Only one month on from his WWE main roster debut, it appears Odyssey Jones is "done" with the company.

Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that it has not been confirmed if Odyssey Jones has been released but the 30-year-old's angle on WWE TV is over and he is "gone."

"I've asked around and if it had been any kind of a glitch or something it would have been corrected or we would have heard it was a glitch...I'm relatively certain he's done but it has not been confirmed anywhere. I've heard a bunch of stories but nothing that I would say is confirmed but it looks like he's no longer with the company. His angle is done, no mention on the show, no clips of like if he was injured or something, no acknowledgement of him at all. Kofi Kingston was on and there was no acknowledgement of what they've been doing. So, I mean he's off. He's gone. As far as the reasons why, I think that will probably come out," Meltzer said.

Odyssey Jones signed with WWE back in 2019 and he was called up to the main roster in April 2023. He didn't make his main roster debut until August 2024, however, when Jones aligned with the New Day. Jones was given a push and he was even endorsed by WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H but he hasn't wrestled since August 19 when Jones and New Day defeated Final Testament.

Speculation about Jones' WWE status emerged after he was removed from the WWE roster page, a change that surprised talent within the company. Jones was not backstage at Raw and Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods both appeared on the show without acknowledging Jones.
