Report: Update On WWE Plans For Raw Women's Title Match At WrestleMania 39

Big plans for Raw Women's Title at WWE WrestleMania 39

WWE are considering major plans for the Raw Women's Championship at WrestleMania 39.

The 2023 edition of the Showcase of the Immortals is set to take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on April 1 and April 2 and there has been a big push for Rhea Ripley to challenge for the Raw Women's Title at the event, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer.

"There's a very big push for Rhea Ripley. I think we may be looking at Rhea Ripley vs. Bianca Belair at WrestleMania [next] year," Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio.

Ripley has cemented herself as one of the most popular talents in WWE over the past several months as part of Judgment Day with Finn Balor, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio. She is a former Raw Women's Champion, having previously held the gold in 2021.

Bianca Belair has been Raw Women's Champion since she defeated Becky Lynch for the title at WrestleMania 38. She is also a former SmackDown Women's Champion.
