Report: WWE's Vince McMahon Not Expected To Ask The Undertaker To Return To The Ring

The Phenom is done...

To close out Survivor Series, The Undertaker gave his final farewell to WWE after 30 years. Numerous former WWE Superstars, including members of The Bone Street Krew, Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Kane briefly filled the squared circle before The Deadman made his entrance and said it was time for The Undertaker to rest in peace.

Paul Davis of WrestlingNews.co reported 'Taker told people backstage "he was done." Vince McMahon also isn't expected to ask The Phenom to return to the ring. McMahon reportedly found it difficult to let go of the character but he realised it was time for The American Badass to finally retire.

Some people cried backstage and cameras were present, which could hint at a future WWE Network documentary covering the final farewell.

Not everyone in WWE believes 'Taker is retired, though. Davis noted a couple of wrestlers joked about there being a "never say never" attitude in wrestling, especially while the company is running shows in Saudi Arabia and the crown prince remains a fan.
