Return Scheduled For AEW Collision Grand Slam

An absent AEW wrestler is set to return for a trios match this weekend.

This week sees AEW bring back Grand Slam from Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York. Many big matches are set to take place at tomorrow night's Dynamite Grand Slam, with several bouts also being taped to air on Saturday's episode of Collision. One of these will see a return to AEW for a star we haven't seen in quite some time.

As announced by AEW themselves, Dralistico is set to take part in a three year match alongside Hologram and The Beast Mortos, a bout billed as celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month.

Dralistico last wrestled in AEW at Full Gear 2023, teaming with Rush in a four-way ladder match for the AEW World Tag Team Championships, which ultimately saw then-champions Ricky Starks and Big Bill retain.

At the time of writing, the other matches currently set for AEW Grand Slam are:

Dynamite:

  • Bryan Danielson vs. Nigel McGuinness - (If Danielson is cleared to wrestle)
  • Jon Moxley vs. Darby Allin - Darby Allin's shot at the AEW World Championship
  • Mariah May (c) vs. Yuka Sakazaki - AEW Women's World Championship
  • The Young Bucks (c) vs. Will Ospreay & Kyle Fletcher - AEW World Tag Team Championships
  • HOOK (c) vs. Roderick Strong - FTW Championship
