Shawn Michaels Involved In Confrontation With Grayson Waller On WWE NXT

Grayson Waller's issues with Shawn Michaels intensified on the February 14 edition of NXT.

Love was in the air in much of the world but Grayson Waller had his night ruined after he lost to Tyler Bate on NXT. Waller initially tried to cheat to pick up the win, holding onto the ropes while applying a pin. The referee stopped counting, though, and the interaction allowed Bate to reverse into a pin of his own for the victory. 

Waller was irate following the loss and he confronted Shawn Michaels backstage, telling the Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative that he is sick of his "sh*te" before he called HBK a stooge. The interaction made Michaels angry and the two men had to be separated by Prince Albert/Giant Bernard/Lord Tensai.

The interaction came only 10 days after Waller confronted Shawn Michaels during the post-Vengeance Day media call. Waller was unhappy after his loss to Bron Breakker in a Steel Cage Match as Michaels changed the rules for the match only hours before the show to ensure the main event couldn't be won by escaping the cage. Waller was suspended by WWE for one week following the incident.
