10-year high for TNA ticket sales with Slammiversary 2024

Slammiversary 2024, the 20th anniversary of the pay-per-view, looks set to be a big night for TNA Wrestling.

TNA will hold Slammiversary at the Verdun Auditorium in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on Saturday, July 20 and the promotion have announced that after the first 48 hours of tickets going on sale, more Slammiversary tickets have been sold than for any TNA show in the past 10 years. How many tickets have been sold is unknown but the Verdun Auditorium has a capacity of over 4,000 seats.

Ticket sales have been so good that TNA management is looking to expand the set-up inside the Verdun Auditorium. Talents advertised for Slammiversary and the following night's TNA IMPACT TV tapings include Moose, Jordynne Grace, Mustafa Ali, Matt Hardy, Nic Nemeth, Josh Alexander, Joe Hendry, Eric Young, Brian Myers, Santino Marella, Steph De Lander, Ash By Elegance, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, and PCO.

Before Slammiversary, TNA will hold their Against All Odds TNA+ special on June 14. The show will be main evented by a TNA World Title match between Moose and Matt Hardy.

WWE NXT talents may well show up at Slammiversary too following Jordynne Grace's surprise appearance on Tuesday night's episode of NXT.
