Street Fight & More Set For WWE NXT
The feud between Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez coming to an end?
A Street Fight between Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez will headline the December 21 edition of NXT.
The match was set up on Tuesday's edition of NXT following Kai's loss to Cora Jade. The Captain of Team Kick tried to attack Jade with a shovel after the match but Raquel Gonzalez charged to the ring to make the save and she chased her former friend backstage.
Gonzalez then cut a promo on Kai later in the show, saying the issues between them need to be over before challenging her former friend to a Street Fight.
Kai and Gonzalez have been feuding since Dakota turned on the then-NXT Women's Champion back in July. Gonzalez defeated Kai at NXT TakeOver 36 in August but Kai would cost her former friend the NXT Women's Title at Halloween Havoc, decking her with a shovel.
Gonzalez and Kai also faced off on the November 16 edition of NXT but that match ended in a DQ win for Gonzalez.
Also set for next week's edition of NXT is Tony D'Angelo vs. Pete Dunne and Dexter Lumis vs. Trick Williams. Von Wagner will also be in action.
