Tag Team Title Match Set for WWE NXT
NXT is set for its Tuesday night debut!
NXT's Tuesday night debut will feature a NXT Tag Team Championship match.
WWE has announced that champions MSK will defend the titles against Drake Maverick and Killian Dain.
Wes Lee and Nash Carter won the vacant Championships in a triple threat match on Night One of NXT Takeover: Stand & Deliver last Wednesday, defeating Legado Del Fantasma and The Grizzled Young Veterans. Maverick and Dain, meanwhile, became the number one contenders by beating Breezango on the Kick-off show of Night Two.
Two other matches have also been confirmed for NXT's first night on Tuesdays. Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott will be in singles action against Leon Ruff, while eight-man tag team action will put The Way - Johnny Gargano, Austin Theory, Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell - against the team of Dexter Lumis, Bronson Reed and the NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart.
New NXT champion Karrion Kross, fresh off winning the title from Finn Balor, will be kicking off this Tuesday's show. WWE had also previously announced a segment involving new NXT Women's champion Raquel Gonzalez.
