Tammy Sytch Arrested On Nine Charges Following Fatal Car Crash

The accident took place in March

Former WWE star Tammy Sytch has been arrested in connection with a fatal car accident in March.

PWInsider reported that Sytch was arrested Friday in Ormand Beach, FL on nine different charges, including DUI causing the death of a person (DUI manslaughter), driving with a suspended or revoked license causing death or serious injury, and seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or property.

Sytch faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted. Her bond is set at $200,000 for the DUI manslaughter charge, and $27,500 for the other charges.

A report from the Ormond Beach Police Department states that on March 25, Sytch crashed into a stopped vehicle at "a high rate of speed", causing the death of its occupant, Julian L. Lasseter. The impact caused Lasseter's car to crash into a third vehicle, whose occupants were not hospitalized, but did complain of injuries after the collision.

Sytch was not immediately arrested, as they were awaiting toxicology reports from a blood sample obtained while Sytch was in the hospital.

A civil lawsuit was filed last month by Lasseter's estate against Sytch and the owner of the car Sytch was driving, her boyfriend James F. Pente. The suit alleges negligence on the part of both and is seeking 'in excess of' $30,000.
