Three WWE Talents Added To MITB Ladder Matches

Including a replacement for one match

The eight participants for the men's Money in the Bank ladder matches are now official, while a change has been made to the women's match.

Seth Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura have both qualified for the men's match, after winning qualifier bouts on SmackDown. Rollins defeated Cesaro, while Nakamura defeated Baron Corbin.

In the women's match, Liv Morgan has officially been added to the field, but as a replacement for Carmella. Following Bayley's ACL injury, Carmella will replace her in the SmackDown Women's title match against champion Bianca Belair, thereby bowing out of her spot in the ladder match.

That Belair/Carmella title match will take place on the July 16 episode of SmackDown, instead of at Money in the Bank.

Two spots still remain open in the women's ladder match.

The card for the 2021 WWE Money in the Bank, taking place Sunday, July 18 from Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX, is as follows:

* Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Ricochet vs. John Morrison vs. Riddle vs. Big E vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

* Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Asuka vs. Naomi vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Nikki Cross vs. Zelina Vega vs. Liv Morgan vs. 2 more TBD

* WWE World: Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Kofi Kingston

* WWE Universal: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Edge

* Raw Women's: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Charlotte Flair
